Replicon initiates new industrial licensing project in which Replicon acts as the exclusive financial and business adviser.

Replicon will facilitate the project inter alia by

1) Consulting on the strategic issues

2) Business model / earnings logic implementation and dd of related main agreements

3) Planning and finalizing the term sheet for the financing arrangement

4) Coordinating the dd process of needed private equity financing

5) Consulting the new shareholders’ agreement
