OS/G Advertising and Marketing Agengy Ezpa Merge

OS/G Advertising ja Marketing Agengy Ezpa Merge. The new company will be called OS/G Ezpa. It employs altogether some 40 marketing and media communication professional in Helsinki and Turku.

Jussi Liimatainen, founder and CEO of EZPA, will become the CEO of new OS/G Ezpa. Jussi is also the chairman of the Finnish Association of Marketing Communication Agencies.

Replicon conducted preliminary work on EZPA’s side enabling this arrangement. Parties have agreed not to publish further information on the arrangement.
