Replicon Helps Arranging Significant Financing Package for a Client

Replicon Corporate Finance acted as an exclusive financial advisor for a Finnish company that received multi million euro financing package from private sector institutional investors and public sector organizations.

Replicon helped the Company in receiving outside financing by compiling extensive information memorandum, arranging meetings and selectively advertising the investment opportunity to Finnish and International investors.
Additionally Replicon prepared a proposal on the fair valuation level of the Company in the financing round. We also formed preliminary terms and conditions (term sheet) and other required material for rapid advance of the financing process and consulted the Client in amending their shareholders’ agreement to the level that is needed in relation to this kind of financing arrangement.
As is often the case in this kind of financing arrangements the Parties want to keep information related to it confidential. Thus Replicon will not disclose any further information or any details of the financing round.
