Pekka Paasonen, LL.M., MBA

Senior Partner, Legal Counsel

Mr. Paasonen (b. 1964) works in Replicon as legal counsel. He takes part in projects related to financial arrangements, shareholder agreements, legal due diligences, and management compensation agreements. He further more concentrates on contract law and legal issues.

Mr. Paasonen extends our service offering in legal and related issues for corporate clients. He has had his own law office since 1992.

Mr. Paasonen graduated from the University of Helsinki in 1990, and is qualified to work as a judge in court (trained at the bench). Furthermore Paasonen has achieved a MBA degree from the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration.
