Replicon Creates an Option Arrangement for Its Client

Replicon Corporate Finance assisted in creating an option pool for the key personnel of its growth company client. The idea of this arrangement is to compensate and at the same time bind the key persons to the company as long as is needed for realizing expansion phase of the business plan. With the help of proper option incentives it is possible to keep wage costs at bay and at the same time attract top quality personnel.

In the arrangement Replicon advised the client in their equity-based management compensation arrangement. Such arrangements may include stock-option, restricted share, synthetic option and other equity-based compensation structures. "This time relatively simple arrangement was sufficient. We created the legal structure for the arrangement. Main task was to scale the size of the arrangement to be in line with company’s value potential.
