Replicon Collaboration Partner Forms Global Multi-Centre Network

Roughly a year ago Replicon Group and Imanext Ltd entered into a long term collaboration. During the time of this collaboration Imanext has secured additional financing from a venture capitalist and started functioning as global service provider in the field functional imaging.

As part of its overall expert service offering Imanext has established an extensive network of imaging sites and required cGMP manufacturers for molecular imaging. The current list of sites consists of over 30 different countries in Europe, North and South America, Asia, Africa, and Australia.

Collaboration between the two companies covers e.g. marketing support in Life Science sector. Additionally Replicon Corporate Finance Ltd provides Imanext advisory services related to financing, corporate governance issues and strategy, and on the other hand, Imanext’s main professionals provide expert services for Replicon customer projects in their fields of their expertise, i.e. imaging, pharmaceutical development, pharmacology and radiochemistry.

Replicon is one of the leading providers of growth and technology company valuations in Finland. One of its specialities is cash flow based valuations of pharmaceutical development projects. Structured regulatory process and related success probabilities of drug development make these valuation projects challenging but at the same time very appealing from the point of view of the analyst.
