Replicon and Imanext Form Strategic Collaboration

Replicon Group and Imanext Ltd enter into long term collaboration. Collaboration covers e.g. marketing support in Life Science sector. Additionally Replicon Corporate Finance Ltd provides Imanext advisory services related to financing, corporate governance issues and strategy, and on the other hand, Imanext’s main professionals provide expert services for Replicon customer projects in their fields of their expertise, i.e. imaging, pharmaceutical development, pharmacology and radiochemistry.
Replicon is one of the leading providers of growth and technology company valuations in Finland. One of its specialities is cash flow based valuations of pharmaceutical development projects. Structured regulatory process and related success probabilities of drug development make these valuation projects challenging but at the same time very appealing from the point of view of the analyst.
Imanext is founded roughly a year ago, but it has already established significant, multinational network of imaging sites for conducting demanding imaging research projects. Additionally the company has found marketing collaboration agreements with CROs and other complementary players in the field of pharmaceutical development. Imanext has also gained ample amount of financial resources for marketing and successful management of full-size multi-centre studies for customers.
