Replicon Provides Compensation Arrangement Planning for Growth Companies

Replicon Corporate Finance Ltd. expands its client base by providing its advisory services in management compansation agreements, e.g. option arrangements, to selected Venture Capital (VC) -investors and their portfolio companies. Earlier Replicon had marketed its management compensation arrangements only directly to promising growth companies with some 20-200 employees.

Replicon will advise the investor in their equity-based management compensation arrangements for the selected target companies. Such arrangements may include stock-option, restricted share, synthetic option and other equity-based compensation structures. "Option arrangements suit particularly well for growth companies in which management has to work incredibly hard for reaching the growth targets.
