Replicon Group strengthens strategic and management consulting team: Petri Laulajainen (MBA) has been invited to new Senior Partner of Replicon

Replicon announced today that it has taken important steps to enhance its resources to support its evolving business strategy. Reflecting the growth of the company's strategic and management consultant team, Petri Laulajainen joined Replicon as a Senior Partner, with operations responsibility for strategic consulting. Petri Laulajainen's international experience strengthens Replicon's consultancy team.

Petri Laulajainen is an experienced Management Consultant who has improved profitability and productivity of major companies around the world. He is focusing on consulting in strategic management, process improvement management, international business and market research, and sales & marketing. Mr. Laulajainen has a background in the management consulting industry where he has been working for 12 years, including position as a Vice-President of Scandinavian Sales-Coordination for Impac. After his career with Impac Ltd, Mr. Laulajainen was a senior partner and Chairman of Management Consultant Companies, Properman Ltd., and Impleco Ltd. He has been part of ELC Finland Ltd., a network of highly experienced independent management consultants, working as the Chairman of the strategy-group, responsible of developing strategy-tools and coordinating the marketing actions.

Petri Laulajainen has been working over ten years in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Hungary, Spain, and Australia, helping customers to specify their customer relationship strategy, and to utilise resources as effectively as possible. The work has been very hands-on and the most important part has been in directing customer processes in accordance with strategies and to apply customer relationship thinking on a practical level.
