Replicon's new strategic partners announced

Replicon today announced its strategic alliances with Licentia Ltd (Finland), Cinnabar Consulting (UK) and Insight Consulting (Belgium).

The co-operation with Licentia is an important step in confirming Replicon's commitment to deliver consulting and finance solutions for commercialization of Finnish innovations through its key resources.

The business concept of Licentia is to commercialise technologies with IP protection either through licensing or start up companies. Licentia's customers include scientists, most universities in Finland, research institutes, technology companies and also foreign entities. Ongoing projects have already shown how Replicon and Licentia can work together to create complete, efficient solutions for innovative growth companies.

The link with Cinnabar Consulting and Insight Consulting will allow Replicon to provide better access to UK and Pan-European investors as well as strategic buyers. This will enable Replicon to combine the advantages of adviser-network and to create more competition between financing sources. Nordic countries are the home market of Replicon, and hence will be served by company's own personnel. Many firms are now discovering the real, tangible benefits of Replicon's network, particularly as it helps them to find new sources of finance and improve the validation of their technology at the same time.
