Replicon Initiates Multimillion Financing Project for Promising LED Application

LED technology possesses huge possibilities due to significant energy savings. Risk capital financing is sought for marketing and up scaling of production of revolutionary LED street light fixture, LUMI R , that Oversol Oy has developed during years 2007-2009. Formed spin off company Lumi Group Oy will hold all IPRs, the brand, marketing, and production of LUMI R in the future.

Despite weak economic and financial environment, we look very positively into this new project. The Offering, marketed in the form of a private placement to institutional and professional private investors, will consist of an Issue of Shares for an initial maximum value of EUR 4 million. The Issue can be split into several installments and it may contain also other elements besides risk financing. The number of Shares issued will be decided later.

Additional verbal and written material on the future prospects of this LED based investment opportunity along with management estimates, will be presented, at a later time, to selected institutional and professional private investors.

Final decision on issuing Shares including the final offer price will be made as soon as the Company has received bids for this Private Placement or alternatively after the selling period of the Shares, before the end of Q1/2010.
