Replicon Corporate Finance Ltd has entered into a long-term partnership to accelerate the business development and global distribution of innovative diagnostic concepts.

Replicon Corporate Finance Ltd announced today a two-year strategic relationship with Finnish diagnostic company to accelerate the business development and international expansion of the company's innovative diagnostic concepts. The outsourcing agreement will automatically continue for two additional years, if certain conditions are met.

The outsourcing agreement for financial and legal expertise, as well as part of the business development includes the build out of a global distribution network combined with certain business intelligence services as well as cooperation in developing concepts for next generation products. The agreement will focus specifically on the growing demand for new and innovative diagnostic solutions and the management of international expansion through distributors. Through its relationship with Replicon, the company plans to provide it's product on a global basis. Replicon's financial and legal services will help the company's operations to increase value of their intellectual property by optimizing contractual relationships between distributors and other business partners.
