Mr. Copeland, works in Replicon Corporate Finance as a Senior Adviser in demanding corporate finance and M&A projects. Mr Copeland has some 20 years of significant experience in corporate finance and strategic analyses, and investment banking. During last ten years he has been involved in numerous investment, strategy and business planning projects related to ICT and Life Science -sector growth companies.

Matti has acted as an investment banker and senior cnsultant in many leading global and Finnish companies, e.g. Deloitte, Leonia/Sampo, Capman. He possesses deep understanding of economics, investment banking sector and capital markets in general.
