Private Equity Professional

Requirements:

• In minimum 3 years of experience from Private Equity and M&A arrangements.
• Master Degree (from finance, economics, technical or legal field).
• Fluent English and Finnish.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Financial advisory in client's private equity arrangements (main markets Finland and Northern Europe).
• Marketing and new project recruitment.
• Business development, e.g. development of Replicon position as Certified Adviser in First North / OMX.
